We are a busy marine repair facility located in North Saanich, BC near Swartz Bay ferry terminal. We are looking to add an office person to our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills including over the phone and in-person interaction, be punctual and willing to learn and adapt quickly. Knowledge in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel with the ability to pick up our in-house software customer base program will be required. Experience using QuickBooks is a must and knowledge in the marine repair industry would be considered an asset.This position will include administrative duties for WorkSafe BC, Employee Training, Industry Training Authority, WordPress and communicating with our Service, Parts, and Advertising departments as well as Data Entry including Reconciliations.

The position is Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

We offer extended Medical and Dental as well as a company matched GRSP after a three-month period. Wage is dependent on experience.
