Jason Chupick

General Manager
Jason joined us in 2021 to oversee our diverse in-house departments of marine specialists and ensures we adhere to the highest standards for each and every project. Originally trained in Ontario as a Red Seal Millwright and Machinist working in aviation, then later moved to Vancouver Island to manufacture forestry and logging equipment. Jason grew up on the water and personally having an abundance of boating experience he decided that a career within the marine world was a perfect fit for him.

Electronics & Installation Supervisor
Kevin is an advanced electronic installer. He is Boning and Furuno certified and also a certified member of the NMEA (National Marine Electronics Association). Kevin travels throughout the Fleming community as needed, for warranty and service work.

Josh Grant

Welder
Josh is a journeyman welder and has been in the marine industry for over 10 years. He was previously employed with Mainstay Yachttech and is a welcomed addition to our team.

Ethan Cotterell

Cabinetmaker

Ethan is a certified journeyman joiner who specializes in the fabrication of high-end furniture, cabinetry, and restoration for pleasure yachts. His knowledge and skills are highly respected within the marine industry. Ethan is a sportfishing enthusiast and when he’s not woodworking he can be found out cruising Vancouver Islands coastal waters.

Richard Stevens

Fiberglass Application
Richard was born in England. He then moved to Brazil, where he worked at his dad’s boatyard for numerous years. He has extensive fiberglass experience and has spent a lifetime with boats.
